By booking or using CleanzaGO cleaning services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a professional, safe, and reliable service for all our customers throughout Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

All cleaning service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by CleanzaGO.

Customers must provide accurate contact details and ensure access to the property at the agreed appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment.

Payment for services is due upon completion unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance.

Customers should secure valuable, fragile, or sensitive items before our cleaning team arrives.

CleanzaGO is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that have not been disclosed as fragile.

Any concerns regarding the quality of service should be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment.
